Westcombe Engineering continues to invest in talented personnel, leading the way in optimising diversity in the workplace. Due to continued growth through Covid, we are very proud and excited to welcome Kai Patel to Westcombe Engineering.

Kai joins us through the extremely successful Supported Employment Placement Program for adults with disabilities via Job Centre Plus and DWP. Kai is a talented and intelligent individual and has held previous roles in advertising, marketing and retail. We will be looking to utilise Kai's previous knowledge and qualifications within our suppy chain.

As a business we will be supporting Kai to develop and expand his skill-set and knowledge within his new role. Following a settling in period, Kai will be supporting our Goods In, Goods Out department utilising his stock control experience, progressing onto projects further utilising his marketing, media and PC skills and knowledge.
